Terms of Service

linktogallery is operated by Becker Films, [address]. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or, for company accounts, on behalf of your company.

The service

linktogallery displays photos and videos from Google Drive folders that you share with “Anyone with the link”. We don’t copy or host your files — they stay in your Drive and are loaded directly from Google.

Your responsibilities

• You only add folders you’re allowed to share, and you hold the rights to their content.
• You understand that anyone with a gallery link — or the Drive link — can view the shared files.
• You don’t use the service for illegal content or to infringe the rights of others.

Accounts

Company accounts are tied to an email domain; everyone who verifies an address at that domain joins it. The first person becomes the admin. Account names (the first part of every link) can’t be changed.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular where Google Drive limits or blocks access. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where the law provides otherwise.

Ending

You can delete galleries at any time. Deleting a gallery never touches your Drive folder.
